Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please note:
- Items marked as final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Return an Item ?

- Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Shipping: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in our instructions.
- Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may need a different product or a replacement. If you would like to exchange your item, follow the same steps as the return process. Once your return is approved, we will issue store credit or exchange the product for a new one, depending on your preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at info@thedgeforge.com with photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Used sharpening discs.
- Items marked as “final sale.”
